Peoples Development Community (PDC) is a non-government organization working in Bangladesh for different vulnerable and marginalized community. The organization is registered under the Society Registration Act XXI 1860 of Bangladesh Government, Registration No. S-3075 (40),NGO affairs bureau registration No - 2358
Peoples Development Community (PDC) thrives for Bangladesh where all sector contribute to uphold human rights and the people, specifically women of all level living with dignity, justice and social rights.

Peoples Development Community (PDC) has a seven member executive committee that comprises with Executive Director is managing head, Finance Director, Implementation Director, Director Planning, and 3 members. The executive committee elected by the general members of the organization among themselves. The Executive Director cum Secretary lead the organizational management and projects that are implement by PDC. The Executive Director and executive committee of the organization is educated, potential and committed to the development activities.

Any citizen, particularly woman of Bangladesh who agrees with the organizational vision and mission and ready to take responsibility to achieve those is eligible to become member .

Currently PDC is implementing different development projects like mass education, skill building training for women, access to health services and HIV/AIDS prevention.

The organization wish to implement right based project especially for women and sex workers if fund would be available. The organization believes to promote human rights and access to essential services for vulnerable and marginalized people.

PDC has good relation with the ministry of Bangladesh government and other related government official. It maintains very good working relationship with donor, other NGOs and stakeholders. The organization believes to establish very good rapport with its’ project participants.
